Previous ERE Recruiting Excellence Awards winners share their secrets to success.

Lou Adler, a judge for the ERE awards for the past three years, shares how this year's Expo had a definite "tipping point," or when recruiting finally came of age.

Visionary HR leader Dr. John Sullivan shares his assessment of the innovative approaches and groundbreaking results from companies featured at the ERE Expo awards dinner. Sullivan's article highlights the award recipients, the leaders who Sullivan says push the envelope in recruiting and HR. He also notes that the 2008 Expo awards added even more opportunities to learn from those organizations honored, as the agenda included a new panel discussion featuring selected honorees discussing their organizations' award-winnings efforts.

Thought leader Gerry Crispin blogged about his experiences at the 2008 awards dinner, calling the evening's festivities "one more indication of how far recruiting has evolved in the last decade." The true difference in recruiting success, he notes, comes from corporations "being open," and he affirms that ERE's awards are a testament to that openness.
